About this project

After measuring the window, the 4mm thick acrylic sheet was ordered via the Ariel ‘cut-to-size’ service. The Liteglaze glazing strips were cut and mitred using a junior hacksaw and the back strip was easily secured to the window frame with the peel-back adhesive strip. The acrylic sheet was installed and the front glazing strip simply snapped on to provide a secure secondary glazing. For this project the following were used:

  • 1 x cut-to-size 4mm Liteglaze acrylic glazing (1465mm x 825mm)
  • 4 x Liteglaze glazing strips, 1830mm each, cut to suit window
