Roofline Vents

CF1	COMB FILTER
	Designed for use with profiled tiles it creates a barrier against birds and large insects entering the cavity between the tiles and roof felt. Installation- The base of the comb is marked with positions for nailing either directly onto the fascia boards or on top of a Corovent over fascia vent if fitted.
FT60	FASCIA TRAY
	A professional way to terminate roofing felt at eaves allowing a clear puddle free path, directing any moisture in the felt downwards into the gutter. Installation- Position the fascia tray on top of the fascia board and nail in place. Adjacent trays are designed to overlap to easily form a continuous run. The tray, over fascia vent and comb fillers (if required) may be fixed in place simultaneously.
FV1/FV25	OVER FASCIA VENT
	Corovent Over Fascia Vents provide discreet eaves ventilation which is undetectable once installed providing up to 25mm continuous ventilation into the roof void. FV10 & FV25 provide an integral 4mm grill preventing entry of large insects or rodents into the roof. Suitable for buildings with or without a soffit overhang, new or refurbishment projects, and in corbelled eaves situations.
OV10	LOW PROFILE OVER FASCI VENTS
	OV10 Over Fascia Vent has a unique low profile design with an overall height of 16mm for minimum disruption to eaves detail with 10mm air gap.

Rafter Trays

	Rafter Trays
RT66/RT132	CONTINUOUS RAFTER TRAY
	Available on a continuous roll and in tray format. The continuous rafter tray incorporates structural profiling which dramatically improves rigidity so a full 25mm air path is guaranteed down the line of the roof. As insulation becomes ever thicker it is increasingly difficult to maintain a clear path to the eaves and locate the tray in the right place. Roof ventilation can either slide below the tray and block ventilation, or push against the upper end and causing blockage. Use of narrow trays which do not prevent this should be avoided.
RT	RT STANDARD RAFTER TRAY
	Available to fit three rafter spacings. Two versions give either 10mm or 25mm continuous ventilation, depending on requirements of Building Regulations. They fit over the rafters above the wall plate and can be nailed or stapled to the rafters.
RF	FLYSCREEN RAFTER TRAY
	Designed to act as a combined eaves ventilator, insect screen and rafter tray for open eaves situations. It features an integral insect grill and maintains over 10mm of continuous ventilation while ensuring a 25mm gap between the insulation and the underfelt. It is available to fit 3 rafter spacings. flyscreen rafter tray
RR	REFURBISHMENT RAFTER
	Designed to allow easy retro fitting, the tray is pushed into place from inside the void. Insulation is then installed. It provides 25mm of continuous ventilation.

Eaves Ventilation Kit

The COROVENT eaves ventilation kit provides a complete system to ventilate 6m of eaves, at any common rafter centres.

The kit is supplied in a sturdy box which contains:

1 x 6m roll Corovent continuous rafter tray: RT66 or 132

10 x Corovent eaves fascia trays : FT60
6 x Corovent over fascia vents : OV10 or FV25

HK1
Kit provides 10mm of continuous ventilation, with rafter tray 400mm wide.

Kit provides 25mm of continuous ventilation, with rafter tray 400mm wide.

HK21
Kit provides 10mm continuous ventilation, with rafter tray 800mm extra wide.

HK22
Kit provides 25mm of continuous ventilation, with rafter tray 800mm extra wide.

Soffit Vents
SD20	SOFFIT DISK VENT
	Easy to retro fit to soffit during refurbishment, also used for ventilating new soffits, with a thickness of 4mm or more. Use with any roof pitch. One unit provides 2,000mm² ventilation, with a 4mm grid to keep out vermin and large insects.
SV10/SV25	CONTINOUS SOFFIT VENT
	Used with standard, horizontal soffit boards on new buildings. Soffit boards to be between 4mm and 10mm thick. Provides 10mm or 25mm of continuous ventilation.
SA10	ANGLED SOFFIT VENT
	Highly versatile soffit vent can be used with vertical or angled fascia boards, and at the top or bottom of the soffit board. Ideal for new or existing buildings, fitting into soffits of any thickness. Provides 10mm of continuous ventilation.
